We're looking for someone just like you to join our clients Housing Finance Team as a Rent and Service Charge Specialist. With over 11,000 council properties and 1,600 leaseholders and 1,500 shared owners and a growing portfolio-including hundreds of new homes in Bletchley- they are at the heart of regeneration and community investment.

Your role covers all aspects of Service Charge calculation and enquiry management - everything from analysis of costs, evidence gathering and complaint resolution. Duties:
* Set rents and service charges with precision and accuracy, managing both the actuals and estimates in the year.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure that our services provided are fully funded.
* Play a crucial role supporting our residents and ensuring they have the correct and relevant information regarding their service charges, ensuring those charges are transparent and reasonable.
* Be part of exciting projects that improve lives, by actively working with residents in developing and improving the service to them and ensuring we take full account of resident views and concerns.
Exeperience:
* Experience in rent setting and service charge management within a local authority or registered provider, with similar stock numbers.
* Experience of accounting processes relating to service charges along with service charge legislation and best practise understanding.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset, committed to good customer service.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, with strong organisational skill.
