As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and keeping things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Reception: Manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the right team members. Scheduling & Coordination:Schedule repairs and maintenance for fleet vehicles, manage bookings and coordinate vehicle breakdowns. Administrative Support:Enter data into our fleet management system, maintain accurate records, and process invoices with precision. Parts & Procurement:Assist in identifying and procuring essential vehicle parts and consumables. Customer Service:Provide professional and efficient service to drivers, leasing companies, and all stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction at every turn.
