Are you a high performing NAM or SNAM ready to take ownership of one of the UK’s top grocery retail accounts?
This is a rare opportunity to join a Global Branded Food Manufacturer with a portfolio of heritage brands loved by millions of UK consumers.
As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth on a key strategic Top 4 Grocery account, owning the full P&L, implementing joint business plans, and delivering excellent commercial results within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Take full P&L ownership of a major Top 4 Grocery account
* Develop and execute joint business plans and promotional strategies
* Lead cross functional collaboration with Category, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver best in class execution
* Use data and insights to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable growth
* Build strong customer relationships to drive long term partnerships
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a Top 4 Grocery retailer within Branded FMCG
* Proven P&L ownership and commercial accountability
* Exceptional commercial acumen with strong analytical skills
* A proactive, opportunistic mindset and attention to detail
* Resilient, driven, and fast-paced. Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment
* Strong cross-functional experience — particularly with Category and Brand Marketing teams
