Meta Ads Creative Strategist - DTC eCommerce (Remote)
About the Role We're a US-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote position focused on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.
Develop creative strategies and briefs for Meta ad campaigns
Analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns
Conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction
Test new creative formats and systematically scale winners
Bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams
3+ years in paid social creative strategy with Meta platform
~ Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
~ Experience with direct response marketing principles
~ Portfolio demonstrating high-performing creative work
Fluent English with strong copywriting skills
Deep understanding of Facebook/Instagram/TikTok platforms and trends
Proven ability to deliver measurable performance improvements (show us specific accounts you've worked on, with clear before/after metrics for spend/ROAS)
