Purpose of Role:
To control the equipment hires process from enquiry to delivery, off hire and collection ensuring excellent customer service in line with our policies and practices.
Key Duties
Acts as a key point of contact between the Hires and Operations Departments (Workshop, Service and Transport) regarding equipment requirements, availability, performance, and logistics and escalate any issues as appropriate to head of Department
Acts as the key point of contact between the Hires and the rest of the Sales Team.
Provides excellent customer service by maintaining effective communication with the customer at all times in relation to pre, during and post hire.
Prepare agreed weekly reports for hires manager on hire activity.
Carries out appropriate administration involved in hiring equipment to customers, including enquiries, advising customers, opening customer accounts and raising all relevant hire documentation.
Maintains On Rent and CRM systems in relation to the hire of equipment.

Proven experience in a similar role or industry will be preferable.
Extremely well organised with a keen eye for detail. What we offer

Proven experience in a similar role or industry will be preferable.
Extremely well organised with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to learn quickly.
A passion for customer service
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal abilities. Must be able to work cross functionally.
A proactive problem solver.
Good IT Skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
CRM experience would be beneficial.
A full UK driving licence
