Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Strategic Leadership Team
Salary: £25,200 – £31,800
Location: Cambridge, UK/Hybrid (expectation of 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Strategic Leadership Team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About the role
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to our Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), providing comprehensive administrative support and managing a variety of tasks to help them stay focused on their strategic goals. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficiency and productivity within the team by:
1. Assisting in managing SLT operations, including budgeting and expense tracking.
2. Supporting meetings with minutes, actions and preparing materials.
3. Managing document controls and maintaining and organizing key documents and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

You will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You are highly motivated, proactive, and committed to supporting the SLT in achieving their strategic goals.
