Operations Support Team Member
Location: Broughton (onsite)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Pay: £21.00/hr PAYE or £28.09/hr Umbrella
IR35: Inside
Security: BPSS+ Clearance required (arranged by Airbus Security)

What You'll Do
1. Manage and control cutting tool stock levels, regrind processes, consumables, chemicals, and calibrated tooling to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
2. Act as the key link between calibration and operations, supporting production by removing blockers and providing lineside assistance.
3. Raise purchase orders for tooling and maintenance, and liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to meet service level agreements and delivery targets.
4. Support capital expenditure (CAPEX), rate ramp-up, and facility improvement projects.
5. Lead and participate in improvement initiatives and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) topics.
