An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The firm has over 15 locations across the region.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitor workflow.
* Monitor and oversee a CRM system and track workflow, complaints, information flow, targets, HR duties such as holidays/sickness, training budget/CPDs, note taking, project chasing, recruitment workflow liaising external agent, predicting future issues, pre‑empting planning strategy alongside the management team, health & safety.
* Oversee reports on the following: credit control, client communications, phone calls, letters, targets, production rates, scheduling holidays, contracts, assisting with payroll.
