This role offers a genuine opportunity to take ownership and be part of a growing, high-impact business.</p><h3>Key responsibilities for this Investor Engagement and Strategic Events Manager position:</h3><ul><li>Conduct detailed research, taking briefs from clients and identifying relevant investors and companies</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients and senior stakeholders</li><li>Produce events from private dinners to workshops, roundtables and conferences; creating the concept ensuring it aligns with the purpose of the event and the overall experience is memorable and impactful</li><li>Represent the business at events, building networks and engaging with UHNWI/investors on the ground</li><li>Work closely with the internal team to deliver high-quality investor engagement strategies and project work</li><li>Regular travel to the US</li></ul><h3>What background and experience are the company looking for?</h3><p>Similar experience and/or within investor relations, recruitment, oil and gas / related sector.</p><ul><li>Confident working in a research-heavy role</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills are essential</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li></ul><p>For this role C&C Search is acting as an employment agency.</p></div>
