They are currently recruiting experienced paralegals or litigation executives to join their specialist motor fraud and casualty fraud teams. The firm offers flexible hybrid working, with the option to work remotely, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a prestigious and supportive legal environment.Your new roleIn your new role as a Paralegal or Litigation Executive specialising in Casualty or Motor Fraud, you'll take ownership of your own caseload, managing files from inception through to resolution. The work involves a dynamic mix of cases, including exaggerated claims, staged incidents, and complex organised fraud, false vehicle damage, and inflated hire or repair costs.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal with comprehensive litigation expertise or a litigation executive.
