What’s on Offer A flexible basic salary of between £30k & £40k dependent on experience. £40k - £50k OTE Parking permit provided Early Friday finishes Good holiday allowance Team socials Progression Your Role As Lettings Manager, you'll be focussed on the front end lettings department, helping to lead a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities: Help to drive growth with innovative strategies and a proactive mindset Conduct and instruct lettings valuations Help to motivate the team to hit branch targets Review and improve processes to maximise productivity Build long-term relationships with landlords and key partners Collaborate with senior management on strategy Stay ahead of changes in legislation and ensure the office is fully up to date What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager. ARLA qualified (or equivalent) preferred Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Track record of winning business.
