Property Services Team Administrator
We are supporting a company based in Waltham Abbey with recruiting for a Property Services Team Administrator This is initially a fully office position however after probation the client does offer hybrid working. 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm) and a salary of 26k per annum. There is free parking on-site - Must drive due to company location.
This position will be within a Property Services Team overseeing the process of obtaining a CCJ. This is a partly client facing role (over the telephone and via email) whilst also dealing with solicitors. Although there is liaison with solicitors, it is not a requirement to have any litigation background, however any transferable knowledge and skills with this background would be an advantage.
Duties will include:
Responsible for liaising with solicitors and supporting clients throughout the pre-litigation process and other property related matters
Conducting affability and address checks
Logging and responding to tenant enquiries
Assist with billing process by processing inbound invoices from suppliers and solicitors
Conducting regular case reviews of accounts managed by the Business Teams
Data Entry of new instructions to the Case Management System (CMS)
