- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful events-based business that is now keen to recruit a Digital Marketer to join the team.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Directors, and team, the candidate will be integral in supporting and promoting all our events and subscription offerings with creative and engaging marketing campaigns. This role requires digital marketing skills across multiple channels including email, paid and organic social media, PPC, SEO, and website management.
The Right role:
1. Plan, create, and deliver email marketing campaigns.
2. Maintain and grow a social media audience of over 150,000 using various techniques.
3. Write engaging content for organic and paid ads leading to conversions and lead generation.
4. Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels.
5. Build and retain a large database of subscribers using digital marketing avenues.
6. Report monthly on marketing results, including website analytics, campaign effectiveness, and subscriber growth, with recommendations for optimization.
7. Report on ad ROI and inform future advertising strategies.
The Right Fit:
Ideal candidates will have:
1. Qualification in marketing or relevant field.
2. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Experience with Google Analytics and social media tools.
4. Experience managing Google & Facebook ad campaigns.
5. Effective time management skills.
6. Creative flair for creating new ad campaigns.
