Our Slough client is looking for enthusiastic, go-getters,
with full time equivalent availability to start immediately
in their customer service and sales team. Although they don't operate in the retail sector, many successful candidates have a retail background. With the decreasing need for face-to-face high street stores and a shift towards online shopping, our client finds more and more of their team started in retail. They've discovered that candidates with previous retail experience possess the face-to-face communication and customer service skills essential for business growth. However,
retail experience is not essential for success in this role, as they provide one-on-one coaching to develop these key communication and customer service skills.

This opportunity is ideal for those looking for an entry-level role or a change of industry. The role is offered as self-employed and commission-based basis within face-to-face field sales environments so that their team can earn between
£24k and £30k on average per annum.
Although experience is not required for this role, we encourage any individuals with the following experiences to apply: Retail Assistant, Catering Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, Bartender, Customer Service, Restaurant experience, Barista, Hotel and Hospitality experience, Sales Assistant, or any other customer-facing roles. This is due to the sales and product coaching programs offered to all successful candidates.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
