Zest Education is looking for a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a welcoming primary school in the local area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident stepping into different classrooms across the school to deliver high-quality learning.
About the Role
* Providing PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting learning in the teacher’s absence
* Creating a calm, positive atmosphere in every class you lead
* Supporting pupils’ learning through small-group work and interventions when required
* Building strong relationships with staff and pupils
* Working part-time or on a flexible schedule to suit your availability

* HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience across primary year groups
* Confidence delivering whole-class teaching
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A friendly, adaptable approach and a passion for supporting children
