About The Role: The Crowd is partnering with a leading name in the commercial real estate design & build sector – a mid-sized studio operating at the cutting edge of creativity, construction, and client experience. They’re currently seeking a confident and commercially driven Account Director to join their growing London team. In this senior, client-facing role, you’ll take charge of a portfolio of key client accounts, supporting them through the entire project timeline and beyond. You will work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure every stage including strategy, design, and execution is successfully aligned. This role is about truly understanding your clients, uncovering opportunities, and inspiring them with design-led thinking. You’ll also be instrumental in driving new business, identifying fresh opportunities, and helping shape the studio’s strategic direction. This role carries real influence – not just over client relationships, but over the future of the studio itself You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, ambitious team working on some of the most exciting workplace projects in London. Key Responsibilities Manage, and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients and associated stakeholders, targeting high-probability commercial opportunities Drive conversion of opportunities into billed work, contributing to strategic growth targets Leverage existing industry relationships while nurturing new ones to expand client reach and market presence Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategy, tone of voice, and market positioning Liaise with internal design and delivery teams to ensure project outcomes align with client expectations and business standards Represent the brand at industry events and maintain high visibility within the commercial real estate sector Provide market insights to inform marketing efforts and contribute to brand credibility Key Skills/Requirements: Proven experience in strategic account management or business development within architecture, workplace strategy or commercial office design Strong network within the London commercial community (additional client relationships are a plus) Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the brand confidently and professionally.
