This is an opportunity to join a leading international professional services firm as a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive, supporting a high‑profile disputes practice based in London. The role sits within a collaborative, well‑established marketing and BD function and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, varied workstreams and the chance to take ownership of key initiatives within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver marketing and business development plans across multiple disputes practice areas, with a primary focus on real estate, construction and international arbitration
* Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to identify opportunities for new business, cross‑selling and client development
* Lead and support pitches, proposals, capability statements and panel submissions in collaboration with global proposal teams
* Manage and support practice‑led campaigns, events and client initiatives, including follow‑up and ROI tracking
* Produce and coordinate marketing materials, publications, competitive intelligence and matter highlights
* Support directory and awards submissions, coordinating input and drafting content as required
* Drive effective internal and external communications, including CRM activity and client communications
Key requirements
* Proven marketing and business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment
* Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to work directly with senior partners and stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
* Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Confident, professional and willing to contribute ideas and new ways of working
