We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply roles in primary schools across Northampton. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to support student learning and contribute to a positive school environment on a temporary basis. As a supply teaching assistant, you will assist in classroom activities, provide individual support to students, and work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience. Key Responsibilities: -Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. -Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. -Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help. -Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources. -Follow school policies and procedures to ensure student safety and wellbeing. -Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with staff and students. Requirements: -Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. -Experience working in primary schools in the UK. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. -Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
