Desirable: Degree or other technical qualification. RICS / CIOB qualification. Have experience on £50m Projects. Have experience on residential or student accommodation. Have experience working on building over 7 stories. Job Purpose and Scope: Lead the commercial management over multiple projects or single large projects Optimise projects’ net profitability and cash performance Lead & manage & advise on matters relating to Client Contract & Value Lead & manage the Procurement of Subcontractors and the Contractual & Financial management of Subcontractors Lead in the identification and management of risks and opportunities Provide accurate reports and forecasts of activity and net margin, utilising company tools & procedures Collaborate with the Production Director & keep the Commercial Director briefed on key issues and concerns To recruit, develop and manage commercial team members Why Bouygues UK Day in day out our teams deliver some of the most technically innovative and challenging projects across the UK and the world.
