Based in Northern Ireland, we need someone experienced in construction to help oversee handover and snagging on our new build homes.
This would suit a retired site foreman, clerk of works, or trades professional who still enjoys keeping busy but doesnt want the stress of full-time site management.

Candidate Profile
* Former site foreman, clerk of works, or similar construction professional.
* Must have a proven track record in residential house building and be familiar with both timberframe and traditional build methods.
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently with a practical, hands-on approach.
* Flexible and reliable, with a customer-focused attitude.
