Domus Recruitment are working closely with a provider based in Bristol, who are looking for a new Deputy Home Manager at their 30-bedded residential home in Frenchay. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone that is an experienced Team Leader or Deputy Home Manager looking for new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Home Manager:
Assist in the overall management of the residential home
Ensure the home operates in line with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., CQC)
Support with inspections, audits, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Supervise, support, and motivate care staff
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
Previous experience in a senior care role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader
Knowledge of CQC standards and inspections
