Sales Manager – New Markets (Public Sector Sales)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for opening new doors and building lasting relationships in the public sector? Do you have end-to-end sales experience? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding our client's account base and driving growth across thier full-service offering.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting for new clients and identifying opportunities
* Lead lead-generation and sales efforts into newly targeted public sector clients, including initial contact and qualifying leads
* Deliver against ambitious new business targets.
* Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in asset, maintenance, or construction environments.
* Support the development and execution of our New Market Strategy alongside the Operations Director.
* Collaborate with supply chain partners to unlock new product and business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven success in new business sales and public sector account management.
* Strong understanding of procurement and value-based selling.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for results.
