About The Role:
We are seeking a driven and customer focused After Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for contacting recently dealt car finance customers to offer GAP Insurance and subscription warranty products that enhance their vehicle protection. Working on a dialler campaign, you’ll handle both warm outbound and inbound calls, guiding customers through their options and ensuring they have a comprehensive protection package that suits their needs.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Engage with warm leads via outbound and inbound calls using our dialler system.
2. Explain and sell GAP Insurance and subscription warranty products to car finance customers.
3. Listen to customer needs and match them with appropriate protection products.
4. Handle product-related queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
5. Ensure customers fully understand the benefits and terms of the products being offered.
6. Work to and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
7. Adhere to all compliance, FCA, and company standards in every customer interaction.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales support and service.
About You
9. Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or telesales role – preferably within automotive, finance, or insurance.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone.
12. Motivated by targets with a strong desire to deliver value to customers.
13. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
14. Knowledge of GAP Insurance or warranty products (desirable but not essential – training provided).
15. Understanding of FCA guidelines and treating customers fairly (TCF) principles.
