Based in Lutterworth, LE17 4DU (3 days in the office)
Salary - c£45,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus + private medical insurance
We have a new role available for an experienced Network Supply Planning Manager to join our office in Lutterworth. Working in collaboration with the Category Business Teams, you will be responsible to create the period 14 to 36 demand plan and convert the full demand horizon into a weekly bucketed supply plan and high level material resource plan.
There will be some travel required to our manufacturing sites across the UK.
What you will be doing:
1. Translation of 0 – 36 period demand plan into category supply plan by manufacturing location, considering current and future manufacturing constraints and seeking to maximise manufacturing efficiency and minimising working capital costs
2. Create mid to long term view of raw materials, packaging and work in progress to support supply plans
3. Own and maintains plans for brought in finished goods (BIFG) and relationship with supplier of BIFG
4. For the purpose of BIFG partnering procurement to ensure service can be met
5. Own and maintain system planning parameters, ABC XYZ classification, safety stock settings, replenishment quantities and slot constraint parameters.
6. Own scenario planning creation to understand risk and opportunities within planning horizon.
What we need from you:
7. Previous experience in supply planning (preferably from an FMCG background)
8. Excellent cross functional collaboration skills
9. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and communication complex data in a simple and easy to understand format
10. Previous line management experience
11. Previous experience with Maestro (Rapid Response) would be ideal
