Blair West are working with a growing Nort East business who are looking for a CRM Exec to join the team.
Ideally from the iGaming sector or someone with a strong CRM background and an interest in sport.
The opportunity:
* In this role you will contribute to the day to day operations of the CRM Team, ensuring player promotions are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards.
* Set up and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
* Build and configure campaign scenarios, including automated lifecycle and triggered campaigns.
* Conduct QA checks on CRM campaigns.
* Schedule and manage onsite banners, messaging and promotional placements.
* Populate campaign performance reports and maintain records of campaign results.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
* Previous experience in a CRM role, ideally within the iGaming sector.
* Strong focus of delivering an excellent customer experience.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads in a past paced environment.
