Your new role As Revenue Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team across billing and credit control functions. You'll be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting system transformation initiatives. Your role will include: Managing and mentoring direct reports to meet billing and cash collection targets Acting as the escalation point for billing and credit control issues Overseeing invoice processing, including eBilling and compliance with HMRC/SRA rules Supporting the implementation of new practice management systems Leading WIP and unpaid bill reviews with fee earners and partners Monitoring time recording accuracy and driving behavioural improvements Building strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you must have: A minimum of 3 years' revenue management experience within a law firm Strong working knowledge of legal billing systems (Elite 3E experience is a plus) Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail Experience in change management or system upgrades is desirable Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently What you'll get in return A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 Hybrid working with flexibility to support your lifestyle and productivity A supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and growth are valued Opportunities to contribute to community, sustainability and pro bono initiatives What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
