You will help bridge the gap between traditional business principles and the fast evolving digital and Esports sectors. Role details
Location: Worksop
Salary: Up to A GBP 32,199 per annum (Dependant on experience and qualifications)
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (37hrs per week, all year round)

Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality teaching across Level 2 Esports, T Level Business and BTEC Creative Media programmes.
* Develop engaging curriculum content that reflects current industry standards.
* Support learners with progression routes, enrichment activities and work experience.
* Build and maintain strong employer and industry partnerships to enhance learner outcomes.
* Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes; contribute to progression monitoring and assessment.
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve departmental and organisational objectives.
Qualifications and experience
* Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant subject area (Esports, Digital or Business).
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award, or be willing to work towards.
* Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards.
* Strong digital literacy with the ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching.
* Effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Department information
You will work as part of the curriculum team at North Notts College and will closely work with and take direction from the Curriculum Team Leaders. You will be line managed by the Curriculum Manager.
