What You'll Be Doing
* Create engaging organic content and campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube), including copywriting, video briefs, and visual storytelling.
* Support paid social campaigns in partnership with our performance marketing agency, contributing to ad copy, targeting, and creative direction.
* Develop and execute a content strategy for our YouTube channel to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
* Manage Google Business Profiles for all store locations to boost visibility and customer interaction.
* Help maintain a strategic, multi-channel content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal trends, and business objectives, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners-including influencers, content creators, designers, and agencies-to produce compelling content.
* Stay ahead of industry updates, platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
* Engage with the Trade community by responding to comments and messages, proactively managing brand reputation.
* Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform content strategy and positioning.
* The contracted hours for this role are 37.5 per week, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 17:00pm.
