What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Conducting valuations and winning instructions for property sales
* Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
* Negotiating and agreeing property sales to achieve the best outcome for clients
* Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation
* Providing first‑class customer service throughout the sales process
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency sales
* Proven track record in property sales and generating new business
* Ability to carry out valuations and win listings
* Smart, professional, and well‑presented
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ambitious, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
* Local knowledge of Baldock and surrounding areas (advantageous)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
