Senior Tax Manager This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Employment Tax Manager to join a modern and expanding accountancy and advisory firm in Bolton. You’ll deliver complex advisory projects, mentor a talented team, and help strengthen the firm’s growing employment tax division.
The Role Key responsibilities include:
Managing client portfolios covering PAYE, IR35, and employment benefits
Advising on termination payments, global mobility, and workforce reward
Reviewing compliance work and providing expert technical input
Acting as a strategic advisor to clients on employment tax risks
Mentoring and training junior staff
Supporting leadership with client growth and practice development
About You You will:
CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with employment tax expertise
Strong technical understanding of UK employment tax legislation
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Analytical thinker with commercial awareness
Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused
