Cleared Access Guard, Lead
The Opportunity:
Provide a safe and secure work environment for all employees, non-employees, and visitors. Protect company assets and proprietary information, reduce risk of interruption to business continuity, assure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and investigate company-wide wrongdoing. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.
You Have:
1. 5+ years of experience working as a Cleared American Guard (CAG)
2. Experience leading a team of 10+ personnel
3. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite software
4. Ability to work holidays, weekends, and up to 60 hours a week when required
5. Secret clearance
6. HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
7. 5+ years of experience providing services overseas for the DoW or in an overseas MILCON environment
8. Experience in jobs of more than 500M
9. Experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations
10. CAG, CST, or ICD 705 Certifications
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
