As the successful applicant you’ll lead the day-to-day social media planning, publishing, and reporting to drive engagement and brand consistency. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Digital Marketing and Communications team, including content and design, to support the timely, optimised delivery of digital assets and campaigns.
This is a permanent opportunity with a starting salary of between £35,000-£45,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across all platforms in line with brand tone, campaign priorities, and audience engagement goals.
* Assist with the creation and upload of website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with SEO best practices.
* Manage and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy, freshness, and alignment with SEO best practices.
* Support delivery of digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
* Develop central digital relationships to bring best practice to the UK marketing team.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver high impact, cost-effective digital campaigns that enhance conversion opportunities for all products and brands.
* Work with the CRM specialist to design and implement digital communication nurture flows.
* Ensure all digital activity is compliant with company guidelines, DMCCA and FCA regulation.
* Use analytics, business data and insight to inform digital decision-making.
* Support the Digital Marketing Lead and wider team with ad hoc tasks, campaign rollouts, and cross-team coordination.
* Engage with key stakeholders and IT teams to execute digital activity effectively and efficiently using available resources.
Skills, Experience & Background
* Track record of digital marketing success
* Experience with social media tools and channels
* CMS knowledge and experience
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Good organisational skills and project management
* Experience of supplier or relationship management
* Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
