The role What will you be doing? 10 Digital Engagement Executive Hybrid - 3 days a week in Dorking office £30,000 - £35,000 per annum What will you bring? As a Digital Engagement Executive, you'll play a key role in working with colleagues across Marketing to deliver targeted B2B campaigns and communications that power our contact strategies - reaching the right brokers and customers at the right time with digital first, personalised content that drives Unum UK's growth plans. Key Responsibilities: - Help create automated nurture journeys and contact plans that help attract, retain, and engage brokers and customers. - Deliver personalised digital campaigns across email, social and other channels to support ABM goals. - Track performance, spot trends, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversions. - Share clear insights and ideas to improve results and test new tools to increase efficiency. - Keep digital content up to date and make improvements that support a better user experience working closely with the Digital Marketing team. Key Skills: - Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and customer journey mapping to support effective targeting and engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational capability. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, alongside competence in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 to track performance, interpret trends and provide clear, insight led recommendations. - Proactive, curious and comfortable adopting new tools, testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness. - Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and cross functional teams.
