Our client is looking for an Assistant Finance and Logistics Manager to work effectively and seamlessly across both areas and support the busy teams who have a growing workload!
You will have responsibility for various important tasks within the Company and will work closely with the 'C’ Chief level managers on a day-to-day basis as well as supporting other team members, allowing them to focus on other priorities.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
1. Raising PO's and gaining approval
2. Posting invoices and converting PO's to invoices
3. Checking deliveries in against invoices to confirm goods received and approving invoices to be paid
4. Assessing incoming items for (general consumables/tools or stock to make a product)
5. Monitoring where finished goods items are located/sent and keep track of returned goods going back into stock
6. Acting as a link between procurement/logistics and finance, being aware of the financial impact and improving processes
7. Going through finance reports to check allocation of invoiced items is correct and coded appropriately
