Your Role As Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects, leading site teams, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the business. ? Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project delivery across multiple sites Manage operational staff, subcontractors, and resource allocation Ensure all works are carried out in line with current fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., BS 476, BS EN 1366, etc.) Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets Implement and uphold health, safety, and quality control processes Collaborate with estimating, surveying, and compliance teams Report on operational KPIs and contribute to strategic planning ?
