Reward Manager - Global Infrastructure Hub\n\nAre you a strategic and analytical Reward professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? A leading global infrastructure hub is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the delivery of market-aligned, commercially focused compensation and benefits solutions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead large-scale cyclical reward activities and projects across compensation and/or benefits.\nAct as the subject matter expert, providing governance, insights, and strategic direction.\nPartner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver reward initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement through data analysis, market bench-marking, and external networking.\nManage relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with legal and market standards.
