Role Overview
We are recruiting up to four Field Service Engineers with experience in Endoscopy and/or Sterile Services Departments to support both new and existing service contracts, primarily across the South West of England, including London, Greater London, South East, and South West being very regionalised.
Key responsibilities
1. Install and commission decontamination equipment, including sterilisers and washer disinfectors.
2. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in Endoscopy and SSD environments to minimise downtime.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure reliable equipment performance at customer sites.
4. Manage service requests efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
