Were looking for an enthusiastic, motivated clinician with strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills. You'll be a team player with the confidence to work autonomously and advocate for the needs of CYP. You'll provide professional and managerial supervision to less experienced colleagues, supporting their development and confidence. In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum (pro rata where applicable and dependent on base location). A full, valid driving licence and regular access to a car for business purposes is essential (unless you are covered under the Equality Act 2010).
