Responsibilities
* Handle pre‑litigation Employment Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims.
* Manage your own caseload, delivering efficient and proactive service to a strong client base.
* Maintain structured, process‑driven file management.
* Collaborate within a supportive, fast‑paced team in a modern city‑centre office.
Qualifications
* Minimum 18 months’ experience handling pre‑litigation EL/PL claims.
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* Methodical, organised, and enthusiastic approach.
* Experience with retail sector claims is advantageous.
