We’re on the lookout for two Business Support Advisors to join our Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Business Support Advisor, you’ll provide internal administrative support to our sales channels and externally to Golden Charter partners including Funeral Directors. You’ll be the main voice and contact for our funeral director network and will ensure we are the provider of choice through building strong relationships within sales and providing excellent service.

You’ll be the perfect person for us if you:
16. are Educated to GSCE level or equivalent and in possession of good grades in English and Maths
17. have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
18. have excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to provide support via phone and virtual communications
19. are an excellent organiser, with sharp attention to detail
20. have the ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
21. have the ability to communicate ideas effectively to colleagues and clients
22. work co-operatively with others to achieve a common goal
