The Role:
Being the Senior National Account Manager in the team, you will be responsible for managing largest On Trade Customers and continue to develop and grow the accounts in line with the business plan. You will also provide support to the wider on-trade team to help them deliver success in their accounts by using your experience and skills.
You will work closely with a number of teams across the business including Customer Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance as well as the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Oversee the largest on-trade customers, fostering strong relationships with buyers and marketing teams.
* Financial Oversight: Manage full P&L and Joint Business Plans (JBP) for allocated customers.
* Strategic Development: Collaborate with the On Trade Controller to formulate strategies aimed at expanding distribution and securing new listings.
* Data Analysis: Evaluate retailer data to assess the effectiveness of promotions and activations, providing insights to refine plans.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to develop and adjust channel strategies.
Required Experience:
* Educational Background: University graduate with at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
* Industry Experience: Demonstrated success and existing relationships within the on-trade space.
* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK on-trade scene.
* Commercial Skills: Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in managing P&Ls.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team player with strong communication abilities, capable of building relationships both internally and externally.
* Attitude and Learning: A positive attitude, a challenger mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
