Job Summary
Greenbank Technology Limited is seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Accounts department.
Responsibilities
1. Purchase ledger duties including approval of AP invoices and processing onto SAP.
2. Supplier payment runs.
3. Processing weekly cash expenses.
4. Creating project numbers for new spares orders.
5. Daily invoicing of spares projects.
6. Raising sales order acknowledgements for service projects.
7. Adding new customers and suppliers to the system.
8. Processing monthly credit card invoices.
9. Credit control.
10. Scanning, filing, and archiving documents.
11. Answering incoming calls for the accounts department.
12. Covering for the team when needed.
13. Completing ad hoc finance tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
2. Experience of using SAP is desirable.
3. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
