Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Hybrid Working: 3 days in Windsor office, 2 days from home

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Windsor. If you have a passion for numbers, problem-solving, and supporting meaningful work that truly makes a difference - we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
* Processing and coding high volumes of invoices and payments for multiple entities
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice discrepancies
* Supporting weekly payment runs and processing bank cashbooks
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to build strong working relationships
* Managing petty cash and debit card returns
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Ideally, experience in a multi-site or healthcare business environment
* Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Sage 200 is a plus
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly attentive to detail
* Fluent in English
* Eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS check
