What you'll do The purpose of this role is to manage the seamless integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations incorporating the following functional teams; Problem, Change, Billing, Configuration & Capacity Team, Provide and Service Desk. • Ensure the reliable and consistent integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations. • Drive and manage the quality of all relevant information required by the different business functions and delivered by the Programme • To ensure all key operational process and documentation are constructed and available for all VBSE Operations colleagues to support customer requirements as per contract • Ensure successful testing and own the go live decision (e.g. AILS). • Lead virtual transition team Who you are • Project delivery experience/understanding • Knowledge of the Operations structure and processes • Strong Service experience gained with IT/Telecoms companies. • ITIL Methodology - Desired • ITSM Tools and Integrations • Security Clearance: This position requires the person to hold or to be eligible to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
