The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work as part of a specialist SEN support team across the school (predominantly KS1) Provide 1:1 support for pupils with a range of SEND needs Support children with needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and learning needs Deliver targeted interventions and adapt classroom activities to suit individual learning styles Implement EHCP targets and behaviour strategies Encourage independence, engagement, and emotional development This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to work with different pupils and year groups while being part of a strong team.
