Investment Banking Associate, European M&A, US advisory firm
We are now working with a US investment bank, who are looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their European M&A team. You will supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of corporate finance deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Full member of deal team, working on M&A deals
* Complete involvement in transactions from inception to completion
* Financial analysis; deal strategy
* Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination
* Working with senior clients on deal structuring and negotiation
* Origination work such as marketing materials
They are looking for people who will have a background as follows
* Investment banking associates from other firms
* Manager level + advisors from lead advisory/ M&A teams of major advisory firms
* Excellent deal sheets
