We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a well-established aerospace subcontract manufacturer. This is a long-term opportunity working on high-precision components in a modern machining environment. The Role: You will be working on either CNC Turning or CNC Milling, depending on your background: * Turning: Setting and operating CNC lathes using DMG MORI CELOS controls * Milling: Setting and operating CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls This is a setter/operator position – no offline programming required, but strong setting and tooling knowledge is essential.
