Fram is working with a boutique wealth management firm in Staffordshire that is continuing to grow its advisory support team. Known for its personalised, long-term approach to client relationships, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to provide high-quality support to its advisers. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the advice process. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, preparing meeting documentation, and processing new business in line with internal standards. The position also involves regular liaison with product providers, handling Letters of Authority, supporting valuations, fund switches and withdrawals, and preparing review packs for annual reviews. You’ll act as a professional point of contact for clients and support wider office administration within a small, collaborative team. The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have experience in an IFA or wealth management environment, are confident using back-office systems and Microsoft Office, and take pride in being organised, accurate and client-focused. Progress towards relevant exams such as RO1 or LP2 would be advantageous. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
