Private Client Solicitor/Associate
Location: Essex/East London (Hybrid considered)

The Role
You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:
* Drafting Wills, including more complex estate planning work
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Probate and full estate administration
* Applications for Grants of Probate
* Inheritance Tax and succession planning
The team has an established workflow and strong local reputation, meaning the role is primarily focused on client care and delivery rather than heavy business development pressure.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in Wills & Probate/Private Client
* Strong experience advising elderly clients
* STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) would be advantageous
* Commercially aware but client-focused in approach
* Organised, practical and comfortable managing your own caseload
* Happy to contribute to networking and local profile-building where appropriate
* Experience with LEAP case management helpful but not essential
