Your role and responsibilities We are seeking an accomplished Managing AWS Cloud Migration Application Architect to define and lead enterprise cloud migration strategies across complex programmes. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the architecture of AWS and hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises systems and multi-cloud environments. You will set standards for migration methodologies, lead workshops, and govern technical elements of project plans, including work breakdown structures, estimation, risk mitigation, and MVP definition. You will drive the adoption of best-fit migration tools and methods across rehost, refactor, rearchitect, replatform, and containerisation approaches. Your expertise in mapping client platform requirements to AWS services will ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This is an opportunity to shape cloud migration capabilities at scale while mentoring architecture teams to deliver excellence. Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership for AWS and hybrid cloud migration architecture. * Govern methodology adoption, tool selection, and migration strategy execution. * Oversee technical governance for migration risks, dependencies, and deliverables. * Ensure AWS service mapping aligns with client requirements and industry best practices. * Mentor and develop architecture teams to deliver large-scale migration projects. Required technical and professional expertise * Mastery of AWS architecture and hybrid cloud integration. * Proven leadership in migration methodology governance. * Deep expertise in multi-cloud environments and service mapping. * Strong ability to assess risks, dependencies, and performance requirements. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
